CMCV (Molecular Change of Glass Color): hot application of glass powder on standard raw glass to create our eye-catching and unique look. It is an alternative coloring method to the usually used etching and sandblasting that has as its ultimate objective the preservation of the nature of the glass. It is designed to avoid the use of acids, inks, lacquers, paints and solvents and uses only colored, natural and recyclable glass powder. This powder is composed of minerals existing in nature such as silicon and other elements, which in high-temperature furnaces melt with the glass giving a sustainable, resistant and permanent result. Of the total waste powders used, we recovered 35% for the processing of our new bottles while 25% was destined for recovery in other sectors for the production of grit. The new bottles of OSCAR.697 are composed of 55% of the material previously recovered and the remaining 45% is composed of new natural glass powder that allows to balance the right color in order to give the dark effect without covering the visibility of the contents of the bottle. An innovative patented solution that is 100% chemical-free, 100% sustainable and makes our standard raw glass 50% more resistant.

Screen Printing: Even the screen printing process of the bottles that replaces the label is composed of eco-sustainable glass powder and all the involved cooking ovens are connected to a system for the reduction of emissions into the atmosphere. This patented screen printing process makes screen printing an integral part of the glass itself, making it scratch-proof. 100% natural and 100% sustainable and because the selected water-based  paints are recoveries of previous productions.
